HEALTH & SAFETY MANAGEMENT

Management clients get hands-on health and safety support for their business. We will review and update your health and safety system or create a new one if necessary. We also run health and safety meetings, where tasks are allocated and we help hold people accountable. ​

We will also:

- Provide training

- Assist with hazard management and accident investigation 

- Support contractor management

- Help with prequals

Basically, we work as your health and safety manager at a high level. We don't do the day-to-day work, but we make sure you know how to and hold you accountable for it.

All kinds of businesses! We work with almost every industry from retail to automotive, from construction to not-for-profit, from manufacturing to transport, from civil construction to education.

We believe in setting up a partnership - we know health and safety (and a bit about your industry) while you know about your industry (and a bit about health and safety). Together we both learn and win!

There is no specific number needed. Our smallest client has three people, including the owner, whereas our largest has more than 300. Generally, we say it’s the size of the administration or support team. If the admin team is small and the person doing the health and safety knows nothing about it or doesn't have enough time or resources, you are a perfect size. 

Our health and safety management contracts have a minimum of 12 months. Following this, you may decide to continue the contract or cancel it, in which case we require one month's notice.

This is not a one-size-fits-all option. We will have an initial appointment where we will assess your business's needs. We work out an annual price once we determine how much work there is likely to be, as well as how many meetings we will have and a few other details. We will charge you the same amount every month.
