In a work outing, what seat in the car do you get?

"Usually, the driver's seat. Otherwise, the front passenger seat, because I'm the oldest!"

What's your favourite part about working at Safewise?

"Meeting so many different people in so many different industries. I have learnt a lot about things I didn't even know existed! And working with the amazing group of women who make up the Safewise team."

What hazard would you be and why?

"Pretty sure, I would be a distraction, diverting attention away from the job at hand."

Tracey is the owner of Safewise and the lead consultant. As a consultant, she meets with clients to support their health and safety management - she runs meets, helps with accidents and hazards, among many other things. She strives to teach them about health and safety and gets to feel like a part of their team in return.

She has a Diploma in Health and Safety Management, a Graduate Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health, and is trained in Incident Cause Analysis Method (ICAM).

Tracey is also a Professional member of the New Zealand Institute of Safety Management (NZISM) and is on the Health and Safety Association of New Zealand (HASANZ) register.
