"I take the back seat so I can engage with the team’s conversations without needing to focus on driving."

What's your least favourite hazard and why?

"My least favourite hazard is a slip or trip hazard. A colleague slipped on a wet floor and caused a hip strain. It showed me that even small hazards can cause serious injuries, so prompt cleaning and warning signs are essential."

Ann provides support to the consultant team. Her primary responsibilities include preparing and processing meeting agendas and minutes, ensuring accurate documentation and timely distribution to both clients and consultants.

She also supports contractor compliance, hazardous substance administration, and carries out a range of general office duties to support the effective operation of the company.
