WHAT DOES AN AUDIT COVER?
It depends on your needs - it might be a gap analysis, a full audit or a site review. Whatever it is you need, we can do it. Depending on the type of audit, we will look at your documentation, talk to you and your team and check your site.
WILL I GET A REPORT?
A report is always included. It will contain our observations, acknowledgement of the things you are doing well and recommendations for improvement.
HOW OFTEN DO I NEED AN AUDIT OR SITE REVIEW?
Audits should be done in a timeframe that meets the needs of your organisation and your clients. This could be annually or if you feel there is a gap in your systems.

Site reviews should be done at strategic stages during the work, e.g. build. Some clients like these weekly, and others monthly. It should be more frequent if it is a higher-risk operation.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
It depends on the type of audit - the price will be agreed on before we do any work.
