Tracey Murphy
Director and Consultant - Grad DipOSH, DipHSM, ProfNZISM
Tracey is passionate about health and safety and established Safewise in 2008 after completing her diploma. Before she founded Safewise, Tracey was the co-owner/co-director of a large private training establishment and has experience in the transport industry.
Tracey’s calm, approachable personality and wealth of knowledge is welcomed by all her clients. Tracey is hardworking and dedicates a lot of her time to her clients and her cats. As part of her professional development, Tracey has been graded as a professional member of NZISM (prev. graduate member). Tracey is a HASANZ registered consultant.
Kaye Byrne
Consultant - DipHSM, NZISM
Kaye joined Safewise in April 2022 as a trainee consultant and progressed to Consultant in January 2023.
Her passion for health and safety was ignited following a seriour car accident. In her previous role, she helped clients in the manufacturing industry to meet their safety equipment needs as well as provide training.
Kaye completed her Diploma in Workplace Health and Safety Management in October 2022 and is now a member of NZISM.
Her can-do positive attitude makes Kaye a perfect fit for her consulting role.
Michelle Oosthuizen
Office Manager
Michelle joined the Safewise team and has been the bubbly personality at the other end of the phone in our office since 2018 and later joined our management team. Michelle looks after the day-to-day operations of our office and provides amazing support to the whole Safewise team. She is a very energetic and hardworking team member with a wide range of experience.
Sara Crawford
Client Services and Marketing
Sara has filled different support roles since joining the Safewise team at the beginning of 2019 but has been in her current role since October 2019. Sara creates the monthly newsletters, manages our social media, keeps in contact with all our wonderful clients as well as manages the marketing of our services.
Prior to joining the Safewise team, Sara spent 10 years in the agriculture industry as well as being a business owner.
Sara has also plenty of customer service experience in a range of industries and her bubbly and approachable personality makes her a great fit for this role.
Ronel Wilken
Administration Support
Ronel joined the Safewise team in May 2021 as an administration assistant, having relocated to New Zealand from South Africa where she worked as an administrator in the education sector.
She previously authored, edited and translated a variety of educational publications and has worked in the field of Communications. She values honest communication and believes there is always room for improvement. Ronel enjoys being part of the Safewise team and helping out wherever there is a need.
